We work hard to make sure everyone is given the freedom, tools, trust, and support to do their best work. We value personal life and respect everyone’s space. We also provide several benefits and policies in order to support staff from all different backgrounds.
You’ll have a lot fewer meetings, a lot less email, and a lot less interruption. It’ll take some getting used to if you’ve been immersed in ASAP culture, but after a while, you’ll wonder how you worked any other way.
You’ll have one physical office available in Lisbon. Going to the office is optional and you can work from anywhere in the world. You’ll be invited to several gatherings and hopefully, we can meet safely in person.
